SchedulHub Gifting Marketplace Terms

Last Updated: September 29, 2026

These terms are additional to, and should be read together with, SchedulHub's general Terms of Service. They apply specifically to the SchedulHub Gifts marketplace - vendors selling gift products, packages, and vouchers, and customers buying them. Where these terms conflict with the general Terms of Service on a gifting-specific matter, these terms govern.

1. Vendor Listings & Fulfillment

  • Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product, package, and stock listings, including price, description, images, and available quantity.
  • Vendors must fulfil orders within the delivery method and lead time they have configured, and must keep stock levels up to date to avoid accepting orders they cannot fulfil.
  • Gift packages are bundles of a vendor's own products, sold at a price the vendor sets independently of the sum of the component items.

2. Delivery & Pickup

  • Vendors set their own delivery pricing, service area, and minimum lead time; a package may carry its own lead time that overrides the vendor's general default when that package is in a customer's cart.
  • A vendor may choose to serve their own state only, or also accept interstate deliveries; where interstate delivery is disabled, out-of-state delivery addresses will not be accepted at checkout for that vendor.
  • SchedulHub is not a carrier and is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party couriers, weather, or circumstances outside a vendor's reasonable control.
  • Where a vendor offers pickup, the customer is responsible for collecting the order within the timeframe stated at checkout.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Because gifts are often perishable, personalized, or made to order, order cancellations are not accepted by default. A vendor may choose to allow cancellations for their shop, optionally limited to a window after the order is placed - shown at checkout when enabled.
  • A vendor may also publish their own returns policy and return window, shown at checkout and on their shop page where set.
  • Where a vendor fails to fulfil a paid order, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that order.
  • Refund requests should be raised with the vendor first; SchedulHub may step in to mediate a dispute but is not itself the seller of record for vendor-listed products.

4. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are issued by the vendor a customer purchases them from and can only be redeemed at that vendor's shop.
  • A voucher's balance, expiry (if any), and terms are shown at the time of purchase. Unless a vendor states otherwise, vouchers are non-refundable once issued but remain valid for their stated term.
  • If an order paying for a voucher is cancelled before payment completes, the voucher is void and cannot be redeemed.

5. Platform Fees

  • SchedulHub charges a per-order commission on gifting-sector sales in place of a subscription fee for this vertical. The commission is deducted from the vendor's payout and does not change what the customer pays.
  • SchedulHub also charges customers a separate service fee, added on top of the order total and shown at checkout. The service fee is SchedulHub's own revenue and is never paid by, or deducted from, the vendor.
  • Both the commission and the service fee reflect a combination of payment processing cost and SchedulHub's margin, and may differ by payment method, currency, or order size. Current rates are available on request.
  • SchedulHub may adjust either fee from time to time; changes apply to orders placed after the change takes effect.

6. Prohibited Items

Vendors may not list items that are illegal to sell or ship in their jurisdiction, counterfeit goods, or items that violate SchedulHub's general Terms of Service. SchedulHub may remove a listing or suspend a vendor's ability to sell without notice where this is violated.

7. Account Suspension

SchedulHub may suspend or terminate a gifting vendor's ability to sell for repeated fulfilment failures, fraudulent listings, or violation of these terms, in addition to any rights under the general Terms of Service.
